WorkHive is a web-based job platform designed to centralize employment opportunities in Canlaon City. After noticing that local hiring mainly happens through social media posts and word-of-mouth referrals, I built WorkHive to provide a more structured, accessible, and transparent job marketplace.
The platform connects local businesses and job seekers in one system, allowing them to post jobs, apply, and track applications efficiently.

In Canlaon City, job hiring is mostly done through social media posts and word-of-mouth referrals. There is no dedicated platform where employers can formally post openings or manage applicants.
Job posts often get buried in feeds, have limited reach, and lack structure. Applicants also have no way to track the status of their submissions, making the process inefficient and unclear.
Result: Hiring becomes unorganized, inconsistent, and less accessible for both employers and job seekers.
WorkHive centralizes job postings and applications into one structured web platform. Employers can create accounts, publish job listings, and manage applicants efficiently.
Applicants can create profiles, apply directly to job postings, and monitor the status of their applications. Guests can browse job listings but must register to apply, ensuring structured and trackable interactions.
The platform transforms informal hiring into a streamlined, transparent, and organized digital process.
