The Problem

During disasters, residents often lack a centralized platform to request help. Many rely on social media posts that only reach a limited number of volunteers.

Broken roads, inaccessible areas, and the absence of precise location details further delay relief efforts and assistance.

Result: Critical support is delayed for those who need it most.

The Solution

AidPoints provides a centralized platform where residents or their relatives can pin their exact location and submit real-time assistance requests.

Volunteers can view requests on a live map, navigate directly to affected areas, mark tasks as completed, and update statuses.

Notes such as medical needs or special assistance requirements can be added to ensure each request is handled efficiently.
